Dispatch Times

Orders dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within NZ takes 2 to 5 business days. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are set at a flat rate of $7.95 for delivery anywhere across New Zealand.

We offer free shipping on all orders that exceed $55.

Tracking

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number to monitor your shipment. 

 

Returns Policy

Not happy? We'll make it right.
If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us as soon as you can, and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know, and we'll sort it out.

For hygiene reasons, we can't take back opened or used products unless they're faulty. If you have sensitive skin, get in touch before you order, and we'll happily help you choose.
